Infrastructure Management
Balance is designed to help municipalities conform to provincial Asset Management regulations regarding level of service. Balance uses asset information stored within both OGRA's Municipal DataWorks (MDW) and ORFA's Recreation Facilities Asset Management (RFAM) software to determine, track, and manage the current level of service on an organization’s assets. All department heads are able to collaborate in establishing and adopting a unified Level of Service. Balance was used in MFOA’s Level of Service Workshop to train Treasurers across Ontario on government asset management expectations.
Road Patrol Software
Designed by road supervisors staff, the system allows electronic reporting of routine and winter road patrols as well as sign reflectivity. With this system, municipal operators spend less time logging deficiency data and generating work orders. The MR Compliance (MRC) system can be run on more than one device simultaneously as all application data, including historical records, is stored in a central database on a client server.
Permit Management
Land Information System Application (LISA) empowers various municipal staff in the Clerk, Building, Planning, and Engineering department with their daily tasks to view, edit and update municipal permits and associated data. MiLISA is designed to acquire, manage, retrieve, analyze, and display land records. The simplified user interface is designed to help users find, access, and share tabular and graphical data. The user is able to quickly and easily search and access maps and associated tabular data. The simple to use interface provides municipal staff one-stop services for all municipal data products.
Facility Management
RFAM is a user-friendly web based software application, designed specifically for facilities and parks staff. This system helps staff capture inventory, request maintenance, create work orders, run an electronic warehouse, and track condition and efficiency of assets.
